I’m not gonna lie, most days when dressing up I tend to reach for any of my shoes that have at least a slight heel. My style is definitely on the more ‘girly’ side of the spectrum, but in the past couple of weeks I have been reaching more for my sneakers! No complaints about that!! Style + comfort = 🙌🏼🙌🏼!! The sneaker trend has been one that has been around for awhile now, but I don’t see it going anywhere. Especially when all these brands keep coming out with SUCH CUTE ones!
Whenever I used to wear sneakers, it would always be with some sort of casual or athletic outfit. That is not the case anymore! They can be styled with any feminine or trendy look – dresses of all types, flirty or flowy tops, and of course with your more laid back pieces. I think sneakers were big over spring & summer, but I think they will be even bigger once fall hits! Think paired with sweaters, pretty Free People or FP inspired tops, denim and fall dresses! You will be seeing sneakers as my shoe of choice in many upcoming posts and #ootd’s I’m sure! My last post here was another look with these same sneakers styled with a different dress/outfit.
