When Al and I moved into our home, our first priority when it came to ‘home purchases’ was the main furniture. I’m actually laughing as I type this because we had complications with our dining table and still don’t have one…and that seems like it should be a piece of ‘main furniture’ haha! But as we filled our kitchen and living room, it didn’t feel quite complete without filling up some of the empty wall space.
I have followed Stylin By Aylin on Instagram for years and always adored the prints she had in her home! She has this one and bought two of them, hanging one upside-down so that they match but don’t look identical! (Shown here!) It’s genius and looks absolutely gorgeous in her home! I wanted a similar style to that, but our space called for three prints instead of two, so I decided to hunt down 3 that were different but flowed! Al and I picked these 3 out together and the day they came in the mail was a HAPPY DAY! Hanging them up was an absolute game changer for our living room!! If you have seen little glimpses of our home – it is overall pretty neutral as far as colors go. I have brought it touches of green with greenery and love that these prints had hints of that as well. We also have done small subtle pops of light pink which these had too. The colors couldn’t have been more perfect to really tie everything in together. The specific details for the prints I ordered are: 30″ x 40″, format: white border (except on the ‘weathered art print, that one I did standard since it already had a little border), standard plexi and materials, frame: rich black wood frame. I’ve gotten many questions about Minted and what’s it like to order from them so I thought I’d do a quick little ramble 🙂 I am a huge Minted fan!! We use them for Christmas cards, invites, and art/prints. Their designs are simply the best I’ve found. I also love that once you choose the design you want, there are so many options! You can choose all different sizes, frames, and materials to really make it exactly what you need for your specific space. The quality is also amazing – I have never been disappointed! So if you are hesitant, I’d say don’t be! They are one of my favorite companies!
