I now have an almost one-year-old (2 DAYS!)…and FINALLY got her a baby book made! Making this custom baby book for B was EASY. I’ll take you through the process and some of my tips to make it something you can do during a nap or after the kids go to bed one day – then rest assured knowing their baby book is done…and ADORABLE.
I started by going through the first month of her life on my phone and saving all the photos that I wanted to use to a ‘baby book’ album. This was a MAJOR time saver when it came to adding photos!
Creating Your Martha Stewart and Mixbook Baby Book
Next – pick your book! Mixbook has so many cute designs. I choose the Baby Girl by Martha Steward theme, designed by the icon herself. Another favorite from that collection is the Abstract Family Book by Martha Stewart – it’s so cute and colorful. Would be a perfect gift for Mother’s Day! One more thing, they also have wedding book templates too which I thought was so cool 🙂
Once you select your theme on their site, you’ll be asked to upload photos from either your computer or phone. Yes, you can upload directly from your phone! It was such a time saver to go through and select the photos from that album and have it directly upload into Mixbook without having to transfer them to my computer! You can either have the photos automatically placed in order based date and time taken, or manually place them. This really shows all the ways that this is so quick and easy to do!
