Smash Burgers and Fry Sauce

What to get for burgers:

Brioche Buns

Ground Beef

Cheese (Al typically does American)

Burger toppings (we do lettuce, tomato, avocado, onion)

What to get for fry sauce:

1 cup mayonnaise 

1/2 cup ketchup 

1/4 cup yellow mustard 

2 tsp dried minced onion 

1/4 tsp fry minced garlic

1/4 tsp white vinegar

Hot sauce to taste 

Pepper to taste 

Mix all together!

What to do for smash burgers:

Basically what makes these burgers is that you make the ground beef into balls, take a spatula or something flat and smash them down once you put them on griddle as hard as you can to get them as thin as possible! Al typically makes his burger a double with 2 patties & I like it as a single! Perfect ratio of ingredients! We put the fry sauce on our burgers and also dip fries in them. In that photo shown Al was feeling ambitious and made shoe string fries homemade in oil. But usually we get frozen fries or slice a potato and bake them! Enjoy!
