

What to get:
Frozen halibut or cod. I prefer the gluten free halibut (in a blue box!) but when they don’t have it I get the cod pictured
Mango Jicama Slaw (this is seasonal. I think summer time!)
Tortillas (I prefer corn but you can do flour too)
Whatever additional toppings (we typically do avocado, feta, and mix up a sriracha mayo for the sauce)
What to do:
Cook the fish in oven by following directions on box
Mix up slaw
Pan fry tortillas in oil to crisp
I like to cut fish into smaller pieces
Assemble tacos & enjoy!
